AI Trenly connector

Connect your AI assistant to Trenly

Trenly is a connector for the AI assistant you already use. Add one address, sign in to Trenly once, and decide how much it can do. There's nothing to install.

Connector address

https://trenly.com/mcp

Works with Claude, ChatGPT and Grok today. Gemini, Muse and Perplexity connect the same way.

Checked

Steps for your assistant

Pick the assistant you use. The steps use its own menu names where we have checked them, and say plainly what Trenly has and has not tested.

Claude

Tested by Trenly

Works today. Trenly has tested the connection in Claude on the web, in the desktop app and on a phone.

  1. 1

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.

  2. 2

Paste https://trenly.com/mcp as the server address and add it.

  3. 3

Choose Connect, sign in to Trenly, pick the account Claude may use and choose Authorize.

Claude starts at Read only. To let it propose changes for your approval, raise your access in Trenly under Settings, then Access, before you connect. If you raise it later, connect Claude again for the new level to apply.

Who can connect

  • A paid Claude plan

Directory

Not in the Claude directory yet

Add Trenly by its address today. Once Trenly is listed in the Claude connector directory, you can also find it there and connect without pasting anything. A connection you added by address keeps working, and Claude lists it under Custom.

Where Claude Duet fits

Trenly is not listed in the Claude directory yet, and Trenly has not tested Duet.

Everything we checked about Claude

Checked against the Anthropic documentation.

ChatGPT

Tested by Trenly

Works today. Trenly has tested the connection in ChatGPT as a custom connector.

  1. 1

In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Create.

  2. 2

Paste https://trenly.com/mcp as the server address.

  3. 3

Sign in to Trenly when ChatGPT asks, pick the account it may use and choose Authorize.

Everything we checked about ChatGPT

Checked against the OpenAI documentation.

Gemini

Connects the same way

Gemini supports the same kind of connector as Claude, ChatGPT and Grok, so it connects to Trenly the same way. Trenly has not tested it yet.

  1. 1

On a computer, open the Gemini app at gemini.google.com, then Settings, then Connected Apps. If Connected Apps is not there, open Personal Intelligence first.

  2. 2

Under Custom apps, paste https://trenly.com/mcp where it asks for a custom app link, or choose Add a custom app if you have connected one before.

  3. 3

Sign in to Trenly when the Gemini app asks, pick the account it may use and choose Authorize.

You connect once on the web; after that Trenly works in the Gemini web and phone apps.

The Gemini app asks you to confirm every change by hand, and at Read and propose the change also waits for your approval in Trenly: you confirm in the Gemini app, then approve in Trenly.

Gemini starts at Read only. To let it propose changes for your approval, raise your access in Trenly under Settings, then Access, before you connect. If you raise it later, connect Gemini again for the new level to apply.

  • A personal Google account, not a work or school one
  • In the US
  • 18 or older
  • English as your language

Everything we checked about Perplexity

Checked against the Perplexity documentation.

How much can your assistant do?

Every connection starts at Read only. Move it up to Read and propose, and every change the assistant wants waits in Trenly as one Action you approve. Only an account admin can let their own assistant write directly.

  1. 1 Read only Every connection starts here
  2. 2 Read and propose
  3. 3 Read and write directly

Set it in Trenly under Settings, then Access. Lowering it applies right away; raising it applies the next time you connect your assistant.

What stays in Trenly

Nothing your assistant sends reaches a resident without you

Messages, notices and offers your assistant prepares wait in Trenly until you send them. The only thing it can send is a message you have already read, when you tell it to.

Your residents' details stay in Trenly

Your assistant sees a resident's first name and last initial. Email addresses and phone numbers never leave Trenly; when a message goes out, Trenly addresses it.

Money stays with you

Trenly gives an assistant no way to move money. It can record a payment you made; it can never send one.

Every read on the record

Trenly logs what your assistant reads and limits how fast it can read. The connector's page in Trenly shows what it looked at.

Support

Write to support@trenly.com. Trenly's connector page in your account lists everything your assistant read and changed. What it means to run your rentals from an assistant: headless property management.

Privacy policy Terms of service
